Lisa or Giuseppe will guide you on 4 cooking lessons of 3 hours each! You will learn how to use olive oil in its natural state or in cooking, how to enhance your cooking with wine, how to use fresh or wild aromatic herbs such as sage, rosemary, the wild nepitella, laurel and much more … Each day you will explore a complete menu from appetizers to desserts. You will learn how to prepare risotto and fresh pasta, such as ravioli and tagliatelle, and the art of making sauces such as fresh basil pesto, duck sauce, zucchini and saffron and fresh cheese sauce and tasty second dishes such as chicken with dry tomatos and olives, pork fillet with grapes, every kind of vegetables, flan and desserts as tiramisù, panna cotta, torta di semolino (a type of grain), ricotta cake … Every day you will be guided through different aspects of the Tuscan cuisine: ingredients, techniques and traditions, discovering their secrets and tasting new flavors. With their enthusiasm and her passion for cooking Lisa or Giuseppe will follow the progress of each participant, making every lesson a fantastic creative experience. Finally prepare your going away dinner to celebrate the end of your cooking week experience, you will be given all the recipes of the course and you’ll get your Certificate in Culinary Art!
