As wine and oil producers, we offer you the opportunity to discover all this through an authentic Italian cooking course, all in English, in a magnificent Tuscan villa in the Chianti region. Italy has a neverending tradition of excellent food.
We have had the treasure of these flavors through the generations, that in time will slip away if not mantained.
This is why we have started this course. Learn how to enhance delicious recipies with olive oil and chianti wine. Enjoy cooking the simplest and tasty dishes of the tuscan tradition using fresh and local ingredients. Make your own bruschetta fettunta, crostini, panzanella, zuppa lombarda or pappa al pomodoro… and rolling tagliatelle, ravioli, and much more.
The Villa where you’ll be hosted is on an estate which has 340 acres of vineyards and olive groves. For five generations it has belonged to us: the Cascino family. Come and live for one week, combining a holiday with a cooking school, learning and relaxing by the pool in our luxurious grounds.
The hands-on experience in the kitchen is enriched by guided art tours in Florence and Siena and by the discovery of the surroundings such as S.Gimignano, Monteriggioni or Pisa.
